Sound familiar?

You're probably here because…

What we set up

Five things, configured around real work.

01

Claude Desktop configuration

A consistent setup for the people in scope, agreed with IT, so nobody starts from a blank install and a guess.

Output: a documented setup your IT team can repeat.

02

Projects per team or role

Shared workspaces that hold the instructions and reference material a team or role needs, so good context stops living in one person's chat history.

Output: a project structure people can find and reuse.

03

Custom skills

Written for the way each role actually works. We sit with the people doing the job, capture the steps they repeat, and turn those into skills they can call on.

Output: a skills library each role owns and can edit.

04

Connectors to your systems

Connections from Claude to the systems your team already works in, chosen with IT and limited to what the workflow needs. Claude connects through MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard for linking AI tools to other software.

Output: a written list of what's connected, what each connection can reach, and who approved it.

05

Data-handling guide

A plain-language guide to what can go into Claude and what can't, fitted to your compliance constraints: which kinds of data are allowed, approved uses, and who to ask when unsure.

Output: a guide people can actually follow.

Use cases

Two simple systems to start with.

Small and repeatable on purpose. These are patterns, not client work. Several of these features are new or limited to certain plans, so we confirm what's available on yours during scoping.

Dashboards · Scheduled tasks · Motion

A revenue dashboard that stays current

  1. Connect Salesforce, Stripe, or your data warehouse, then ask Claude Dashboards for the revenue view leadership needs. Each chart shows its query and when its data was last refreshed.
  2. A weekly scheduled task reads the same numbers through that connector and drafts a summary for the revenue owner to check.
  3. When the numbers need presenting, Claude Motion turns the checked report into a short animated explainer you can export as an MP4.

Output: one revenue view, a checked weekly summary, and an explainer ready for the all-hands.

Dashboards and Motion are in beta. Motion needs a Claude Team or Enterprise plan; Dashboards and scheduled tasks need a paid plan.

Zapier connector

Start a Zap from a Claude conversation

  1. Connect Zapier from Claude's connectors and choose what Claude may use. One connection covers Claude chat, Claude Desktop, and Cowork.
  2. Describe the workflow in plain language. Claude builds and deploys it as a Next Gen Zap, which keeps running on Zapier without a chat window open.
  3. Start it on demand from Claude whenever it's needed. Anything AI drafted still stops with a person for approval.

Output: a repeatable workflow, started from the tool people already have open.

Next Gen Zaps are in early access by request, on Zapier Professional, Team, and Enterprise plans. Without early access, Claude can still run individual Zapier actions through the connector.

Want the automation side built out too? See Zapier Automation.

How it runs

This runs as a Use-Case Launch.

Fixed scope · 6–8 weeks · use case already chosen

You already know which workflow comes first and need it running. We scope it, configure Claude Desktop around it, pilot it with real users, and hand it to an internal owner with documentation and training.

01

Scope

Name the workflow, the users, the systems it touches, and what you'll measure. IT and security questions go on the table here.

02

Configure

Set up Claude Desktop, projects, custom skills, and connectors around that one workflow.

03

Pilot

Real users, real work, real feedback loops. Then decide: scale, adjust, or stop.

04

Hand off

An internal owner takes it over, with documentation and role-based training.

Pricing comes with the proposal. Don't know which workflow comes first? See the Use-Case Launch and the other ways to start.

Who this is for

  • Executive sponsors who own the outcome but not the technology
  • Operations and transformation leads inside 100–2,000 person organizations
  • IT leaders who need a business-side counterpart, not another vendor
  • Professional services, engineering, finance, and healthcare administration
  • Organizations with real compliance constraints and no appetite for a policy that stops work

What this isn't

Not a software reseller. Not generic prompt tips. Not a rollout that leaves when the invoice does.

You keep buying licenses the way you buy them now, and we configure what you have. Custom software development isn't part of this, and neither is replacing your IT team. When an engagement needs deeper specialist hands, Sunbury Digital brings in vetted partners, and you'll know who they are before they start.

FAQ

Questions that come up.

Do we need Claude Team or Enterprise licenses?

It depends on how many people are in scope, what you need to administer centrally, and your compliance constraints. Plans and features change often, so we check what's current against your requirements during scoping and tell you if anything needs to change. Some features, such as Claude Motion, are limited to Team and Enterprise. We don't sell licenses, so we have no stake in the answer.

Can it connect to our internal systems safely?

That's a decision for your IT and security people, made system by system, and we put it in front of them early. We connect only what the workflow needs and document what each connector can reach and who approved it. A system that doesn't clear your review stays out of scope.

Who maintains it after you leave?

A named person inside your organization. A Use-Case Launch ends with an internal owner, documentation, and training, so the setup can run without us. If you want ongoing help, that's what the Enablement Partner tier is for.

How is this different from training?

Training teaches people to use a tool. This changes what the tool is set up to do for their role: the reference material, the skills, and the connections to your systems. Training is included, and it's role-based and built on the setup people will actually use, not generic prompt tips.

Does Claude have to be our only AI platform?

No, but Claude and Zapier are what we specialize in. If a workflow would be better served by a different tool, we'll say so during scoping and point you to someone who works in it.

Once Claude is drafting the work, something still has to move it. We automate the handoffs around an AI workflow in Zapier, with a person approving anything AI drafted.
